Leadership Transition Announced at Two Rivers Health & Wellness Foundation

Two Rivers Health & Wellness Foundation is proud to announce an important leadership transition as the organization prepares for its next chapter of service to the Lehigh Valley community.
Effective July 1, 2026, Daniel McMahon, CFRE, currently serving as Executive Vice President, will assume the role of President & Chief Executive Officer. Dan brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, along with a deep understanding of the Foundation’s mission, operations, and community partnerships. His tenure with the Foundation has been marked by strong leadership, strategic vision, and a steadfast commitment to improving the health and well-being of residents across Northampton County.
Paul Brunswick, who has served as President, CEO, and Chair of the Board since the Foundation’s inception, will continue his service as Chair of the Board of Directors. This transition reflects both continuity and progress, ensuring the Foundation remains well-positioned to build on its strong legacy.
Over the past 25 years, Paul’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the Foundation into a trusted and impactful philanthropic partner throughout the region. Under his guidance, the Foundation has supported initiatives in behavioral health, housing, homelessness services, care for older adults, and other critical community health priorities. His collaborative approach and unwavering dedication have strengthened community partnerships and expanded the Foundation’s reach and impact.
The Board of Directors has full confidence in Dan’s ability to lead the Foundation forward while continuing to advance its mission of improving community health. With Dan’s leadership and Paul’s continued guidance as Board Chair, the Foundation is well-positioned to deepen its impact and support organizations that make the community stronger, healthier, and more compassionate.
